Coming Soon: TAYC
Proposed Tru' Alchemi Youth Center (TAYC)
TAYC (Tru’ Alchemi Youth Center) is a place envisioned by wellness veteran - Coach Mike D.A. The center will be under our sister non-profit organization of the same name.
The mission of TAYC is the same as TACP: To guide youth and young adults towards breaking negative cycles in their lives with personal development programs and materials.
To enhance this mission, we seek to provide a safe and structured space for young people to explore and develop in. It will house a variety of programs to address the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of pre-teens, teens, and young adults. This center will primarily be a place of prevention and intervention for the ages of 12-25 years old.
Goals
- Grand Opening: Our vision is to officially open the doors of the center between the Fall of 2025 and Spring of 2026.
- Long-Term Impact: The long-term part of our vision is to guide over a million youth and young adults away from harmful behavior habits to life-skills development by 2035 with a combination of in-person and online programs and materials.
Program Offerings
TAYC will provide a holistic approach to youth development by offering programs, led by Coach Mike D.A. and other credible messengers, that address all aspects of the Wellness Wheel. The programs will include:
- The Journey of Breaking Cycles Program: Focused on personal development and overcoming challenges through components that are compatible with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- The TACP Publishing & Media Development Program: Offering training in multimedia production and digital literacy.
- The Tru’ Alchemi Youth Nutrition Program: Educating youth on healthy eating habits.
- The Tru’ Alchemi Youth Fitness Program: Providing physical fitness training and promoting healthy lifestyles.
