In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of real boxing—proper stance, guard, footwork, head movement, and how to throw clean punches with speed, accuracy, and purpose. We start with the essentials and build skill layer by layer, so your technique becomes sharp and instinctive.
